ZODR was created on January 1st 2005 and is based in the regional advisory centre for agricultural and rural development in Barzkowice and Centre of Agricultural Advisory in Koszalin.

ZODR leads a training center with accommodation base that makes it is perfect place to organize any kind of training, meetings, conferences,…. The main areas of action of ZODR are: trainings for farmers and other rural dwellers, informing and supporting people from the area of the development of the agricultural produce, offering professional training for farmers and other rural dwellers, market analysis of farming products, food and means of production, collecting and supplying of market information in these fields, popularizing of the environmentally friendly methods of agricultural production and lifestyle, applying for financial support from funds of the European Union, popularizing of the development trends of agritourism and holiday on a farm as an attractive rest place, support of nature and cultural heritage in rural areas, ecological and functional ways of running a farm, analysis of changes in standard and quality of the agricultural production and work of farms and popularizing of the findings of the analysis in the advisory work.
